Administrative & Refund Format

Before posting any time of admin request or a refund request you must follow the Required format your your thread will be deleted by one of our staff member's we dont need any messy looking threads on the forums were gonna try and keep this forum a clean as possible
First off make sure it is centered and it looks like mine but dont put all three request you would either put Game , Forums make sure it has this format or you're thread will be close.

Your In-Game Name:
Type of Request: Game , Teamspeak , Forums
You're Request:
Refund Request
Your In-Game Name:
Type of Request: Vehicle , Money , Biz , House , Dynamic Door, VIP
What you need Refunded:
