Gang Management

1. Rank 6's can get their family striked at any time with rulebreaking.

2. More than 2 R5's in gang member get caught breaking a rule at the same time.

3.  Double Capping point is not allowed only  1 point at the same time.

First Strike

Slot Holder will be fine for (150,000)

Second Strike

Slot Holder will get Fine for (300,000) + Jail 30 Minutes

Third Strike (Last Strike)

Gang will be Delete/Disban and the gang will be fined (500,000) + Jail 60 Minutes
